Accountable to perform a wide-range of carpentry services and other repairs/maintenance (interior and exterior housing units), from basic to specialized renovations in accordance with provincial codes and standards. The successful candidate will adhere to all safety related policies and procedures, provide excellent service, demonstrate flexibility, display sound judgement, have excellent interpersonal skills, initiative and be able to self-manage time and plan/organize work priorities. Active pursuit of journeyperson carpenter certification is required. Pursuant to section 16 and 48 of the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code, preference will be given to applicants of First Nation ancestry.
