Express Employment Professionals is a staffing & recruiting agency.  We are looking for experienced commercial/retail building operators for our client who specializes in commercial property management.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that their properties are in top working condition.  This will include preventative maintenance by monitoring equipment such as boilers, A/C fans, temperatures & pressures, troubleshooting error codes and making any minor repairs as well as calling the appropriate contractor to come out to make any repairs.  Upkeep of the grounds and common areas of the properties including cleaning up debris & garbage, arranging for snow removal, general cleaning etc.  You will be mechanically/electrically sound to be able to notice any service & repairs that will be necessary on all equipment, and able to make minor repairs such as changing locks, repairing window sealings etc.

Requirements will include:

4th or 5th Class Power Engineer ticket
Steam ticket
Firemans certification
Refrigeration ticket
Valid License and own vehicle
