Wilkinson Diesel Services Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Service Writer for our growing business. We are looking for an individual, who works well in a team environment, takes pride in customer service, has good work ethic, and has a positive attitude with a high level of service. Responsibilities will include working directly with customers and technicians. Individuals with experience in any mechanical trade and retail customer service will be considered strong candidates.
Administrative duties
-Opening, processing and closing work orders
-Booking and organizing work flow in the service department
-Providing technical assistance to customers over the phone and in person.
-Numerous other tasks
