As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide general office support for the department by performing a variety of administrative, general and specialized duties including clerical, reception and work management processes.
Qualified applicants will possess:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Recognized Office Administration Certificate*.
- Two (2) years secretarial work experience utilizing computer based software including word processing, spreadsheet, scheduling, database and presentation applications within a window based operating environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
- *Note: Candidates without a Recognized Office Administration Certificate may be considered if they possess four (4) or more years of related experience.
