Description

Duties & Expectations:
1.The Early Childhood Educator will be assigned an age group (which will change from time to time based on the needs of the daycare), in which the Early Childhood Educator will be considered the teacher.
2.The Early Childhood Educator will offer quality care through a structured setting with intentional programming, mixed with ministry programming, to the children. This will include an emphasis on Play and Exploration methods.
3.The Early Childhood Educator will have daily interaction with the caregivers of each child. 4.From time to time, given the circumstances the Early Childhood Educator may have additional interaction with various Social Service agencies, including emergency services such as the police, fire, and or ambulance services.
5.The Early Childhood Educator is responsible for the safety and welfare of every child enrolled in the center. They are responsible for the implementation of child-specific developmental programming. This includes the related reporting and administration.
6.The Early Childhood Educator will directly supervise all the children assigned to them. 7.They are responsible for assisting with the meal preparation, the serving of the meals, and the cleanup of the meals.
8.The Early Childhood Educator is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the center.
