Description

As a Partner Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for taking Vendastas enterprise Partners to successful launch. Reporting to the Director of Partner Development, you will work with various members of the Distribution team, as well as our Partners themselves, to ensure theyre getting started on the right footand ensuring long-term success with Vendastas platform, products, services, and people.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and liaise with internal teams across Distribution to kick off a strong working relationship with Vendastas Partner Development team and the Partners they work with
Follow integration processes for enterprise Partners launching products and services with Vendasta
Meet deadlines on projects while remaining flexible enough to problem solve real-time issues that might occur for Partners
Participate in creating and maintaining documentation related to the functionality of integrations
Identify and address pain points for Partnersleveraging technology and your own innovation to drive solutions that meet and exceed their expectations of our offerings
Work and communicate with Partners to develop scalable strategies and workflows that drive adoption of Vendastas products and services
Maintain expert-level knowledge of the Vendasta platform
Collect and review feedback regarding Partner integrationsescalating to other divisions and/or Distribution teams as necessary

Skills & Qualifications
Passion for developing, directing, and managing Partner relationships
Exceptional professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to revise and improve or drive new processes in an agile work environment
Highly motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment
