Duties and responsibilities
TSI Employment is looking for an experienced Floor Technician/Cleaner to join our team. You will work under the supervision of cleaning supervisor and will perform a variety of heavy cleaning tasks such as moping, sweeping, butting and waxing (including striping, waxing & sealing). You will operate a variety of floor care equipment such as swing machines, scrubbers, and other necessary tools, products and supplies. You will be responsible to clean the equipment at the end of each shift and report to the supervisor if the equipment needs repairs.
If you have a clean criminal record (Record Check Required), transportation (Other than public transportation), experience in 1 or more of the above, and a cell phone (With data is a MUST as we use an electronic time card and GPS while on duty), we would like to hear from you.

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
    Completion of some formal education.
    Must have a valid class 5 licence with own vehicle.
    At least 6 months related experience.
    Must be able to understand and communicate information in English
    Must be able to operate related equipment.

Physical requirements
    Must have the physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
    Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
    Lifting up to 50 lbs; Push / Pull up to 100 lbs regular.
