Job Description: Under the direction of the Director Primary Care NE, the Executive Assistant ensures the efficient and effective operation of the corporate office by providing support services to the Director of Primary Care NE and senior OOS program managers. The duties of this position are wide-ranging and require a high degree of confidentiality given the sensitive nature of the work. The incumbent will demonstrate a commitment to service excellence, and employee and patient safety in the context of quality improvement and risk management.

Education and Experience:
    A diploma or certificate from a recognized program, or a suitable combination of education and experience.  
    Two (2) years Executive Administrative experience at a senior level in a Corporate Office setting, or equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated knowledge/training
To qualify, you will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
    Advanced computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office products, Publisher, e-mail and internet.
    Working knowledge of a modern office environment including knowledge of the equipment therein.
    Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
    Excellent organizational abilities.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work simultaneously on a variety of projects.
    Excellent interpersonal and public relation skills.
    Ability to work independently as well as with committees and teams.
    Ability to work within time constraints to meet deadlines.
    Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with many individuals and groups.
    Ability to adapt to change or unexpected developments; and
    Ability to handle confidential matters.
