Job Description: The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Manager of Quality Improvement, Quality Services.   The Administrative Assistant shares accountability for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the corporate office by contributing to a strong network of support services which support senior managers and the mandate of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The duties of this position are wide-ranging and require a high degree of confidentiality given the sensitive nature of the work including: - Provision of general administrative support to management staff in fulfilling their executive functions. - Provision of general administrative support including research, scheduling, composition, compilation, distribution and data maintenance.  
Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Diploma or certificate from a recognized secretarial or business administration course program; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Excellent public relations skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to adapt to change or unexpected developments
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office products, Publisher, database software, e-mail and internet
Working knowledge of a modern office environment
Ability to work independently as well as with committees and teams
Ability to work within time constraints to meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Ability to establish and maintain good working  re
