We are looking for professional to fill the role of Intermediate IT Support Technician at our head office in Regina. The successful applicant will be responsible for working within the provincial team to support all aspects of IT provincially, operating from Regina and at times, traveling to other locations in Saskatoon, Warman and Prince Albert as needed. Salary offered will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate, monitor, maintain and support all company technology and functions, including hardware, software and security for our locations using remote access
Troubleshoot, identify and resolve routine computer and peripheral issues
Liaison with internal team, vendors and consultants
Support expansion, growth and implementation of systems
Contribute to IT-related policy and procedure development
Administer IT compliance and data security of the organization
Support Finance with GL maintenance, A/P, A/R, Payroll, Financial analysis and report generation
Support other organizational activities as required
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma with related field experience
1+ years of experience
Proficient in a Windows-based software environment
Experience with:
o Technology diagnostics and troubleshooting;
o Office 365 and SharePoint
o Customer service
Knowledge of project management
Valid drivers license
Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Adept in quickly understanding and supporting new applications
Strong problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
