Regular cleaning tasks for both the interior and exterior of the buildings, small repair tasks, building security, assist tenants as need arises, maintain orderly and safe maintenance storage areas, organize for and effectively communicate with private contractors, report and deal with any safety issue, respond to building emergency calls such as heating problems, and water leaks as needed

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Empty waste containers
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Work with minimal supervision
