Parkland College is currently accepting applications for Manager, Learner Services.


THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the VP, Academics, the Manager, Learner Services oversees all areas of Student and Support programs including Counselling, Testing and Accessibility Services and Language Training for Parkland College. This includes providing overall management of the service area, planning and evaluation, implementation, monitoring of budgets and targets, and supervision of staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelors Degree in Behavioural Sciences; Psychology, Educational Psychology / Counselling, Social Work, Rehabilitation or Education;
-Five (5) years experience in a supervisory role in a similar working environment;
-Experience in a public sector and / or within post-secondary environment;
-Demonstrated experience in working with people from equity groups in a cross-cultural setting.

A suitable combination of post-secondary education and experience may be considered for this position.
