Description

Jerry Mainil Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, self motivated Parts Inventory Supervisor. This is a permanent full-time position that reports to the Operations Manager and will be responsible to manage a high volume parts department.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop effective parts processes for both internal use and maintain an inventory for all service department of parts and coordinate with various vendors to obtain discounts.  Ensure all parts are stored in an organized and efficient manner.  Work with suppliers to ensure we are receiving a quality product for a competitive price.  Design various merchandising strategies and monitor inventory of all physical parts and oversee all return processes for parts.  Maintain parts management system.  Maintain all warranty claims and assist in all changes and coordinate with vendors for all shipping delays to ensure compliance to time.  Manage all purchase orders and resolve any discrepancy for all purchase orders.  Provide mechanics and technicians with required parts in a timely manner.  Reconcile invoices to ensure all parts ordered have been received.  Order and receive all required parts.  Work with Shop Supervisor to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.

Qualifications:
Valid Class 5 driver's license.  Parts Technician certificate would be an asset.  Organized and detail orientated.  Strong verbal communication skills.  Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.  Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
