You will be responsible for creating data visualizations and data applications to enable and sustain an insight-driven organization. You will support the Manager, Data Development and Data Solutions Architect in operationalization of strategic plans and onboarding of team members. Your support of the Data Scientist will ensure that deliverables such as predictive models are being supported and positioned in a way that is both simple and engaging for the end users. In this role you will be responsible for the review of solutions uptake and evaluating the overall user experience in order to better inform future enhancements or solutions. You will be required to consistently consider how new developments could apply to known business problems within Conexus, and identify and recommend opportunities for improvement of process and increased efficiencies. Through member interactions, you will identify opportunities and initiatives to develop, invest in, and sponsor community. You will also ensure organization-wide consistency by adopting process changes, by assisting with roll-out where feasible, and by supporting others to adopt and follow these same processes.
