We are actively seeking a Service Manager for a permanent opening in Saskatoon or Regina to be paid a base rate of $70,000 per year with eligible bonuses.  You will be responsible for the management of service crews and dispatchers in both Saskatoon and Regina areas.  You will assess, quote, plan, and schedule various maintenance jobs and fixes within your region while maintaining close relationships with your client base. You will be required to evaluate ongoing service requirements and processes in order to determine areas of improvement and increase efficiencies. By building and working with a team of motivated and driven individuals, you will ensure that the quality of service in your region is among the best for your clients. The successful applicant for the position of Service Manager in Saskatoon or Regina will have previous maintenance experience with food service equipment or HVAC equipment. The successful applicant will also have previous managerial experience leading teams. The ability to set out and operate under safe working conditions for yourself and your crew is a must. Other responsibilities such as reporting and performance management will be assigned as deemed necessary by your supervisor. The applicant must have:
    Previous experience with food service or HVAC maintenance
    Previous managerial experience
    Related trade certifications considered an asset
    Ability to direct organization change and improvement
    Ability to effectively organize and delegate tasks
