The Sales Manager position is responsible for the creation and execution of all sales related communications with Glamping Resorts Ltd.
Job Responsibilities include:
- generate and qualify leads for Lakeview and Lakefront lot sales as well as leasing of seasonal campsites.
- source and develop client referrals
- prepare sales action plans and strategies
- make sales calls to new and existing clients
- develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- develop sales proposals
- prepare and present sales contracts
- maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- follow up on sales activity
- monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- participate in sales events
Education & Experience:
- knowledge of relevant computer applications
- knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- knowledge of digital sales platforms, FreshSales CRM
- experience in sales
- experience in making presentations
- proven ability to achieve sales targets
The successful candidate will report directly to senior executives of Glamping Resorts Ltd.
Must be an avid outdoors person, camping enthusiast and be able to work flexible hours with evening and weekend work required.
