Description

Thomas Motors is looking for a Parts & Service Advisor for our busy automotive, recreational vehicles and power equipment parts & service department.  We are looking for an individual who will assist in increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
Experience as a Parts & Service Advisor is an asset and a healthy understanding of automotive or recreational vehicle mechanics is recommended for this position.

Minimum Requirements:
Proven ability to be customer focused and to make sure that all customer needs are fulfilled
Outgoing, friendly personality, superior communication & customer service skills
Previous Parts or Service Advisor experience is an asset
The ability to work in a dynamic team environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
Valid drivers license and a good driving record
Opening and Closing procedures, book appointments, create work orders and estimates, order parts, handle part returns and warranty claims, daily cash drawer operations
