Description

As the main point of contact between our operations team and our customers, the Dispatcher will have exceptional communication skills with an eye for detail and understanding of the work performed at Crown Shred & Recycling. You will work in a fast paced, ever changing environment to organize the equipment and personnel required for each job to maximize efficiency while exceeding our exceptional safety and service standards.

Skills and Competencies:
Experience with Commercial Service Truck work and understanding of personnel and equipment needs
Exceptional communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide clear, detailed instructions
Ability to multitask and problem solve in fast-paced, high-stress situations
Business acumen with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement

Key Accountabilities:
Schedule equipment and personnel to complete work for external and internal clients
Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner
Personnel management including scheduling for work accommodations, employee training, absences, etc.
Review log book hours to ensure compliance with regulations and maximum safety and efficiency
Review trip reports to ensure efficient route planning
Review service orders continuously to ensure job scopes are accurate, detailed and sufficient for billing
