Description

The Compliance & Governance Analyst is responsible for the creation, execution, monitoring and enforcement of compliance processes within PFM. This includes review of National Instruments and securities legislation relative to the existing policies at PFM to ensure compliance with all Fund or Management Company related requirements. The Compliance & Governance Analyst will be responsible for coordinating third party suppliers and stakeholders such as legal counsel or Fund directors and will work closely with senior management to ensure the accurate and effective delivery of information to various stakeholder groups. The Compliance & Governance Analyst will be responsible for the development of materials and minutes for board meetings and for the maintenance of Fund policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will prefer to work independently, with minimal supervision and will have a strong work ethic. Working directly with all people at PFM, the position requires an individual with superior interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate would enjoy the challenge inherent in ensuring that work is done with the highest degree of detail and consistency.
