The Good spirit Housing Authority is looking for an independent, self-starter skilled in property maintenance and available to work 40 hours a week and participate in an on-call system.

Responsibilities include building and grounds maintenance and repair, vacancy preparation and maintaining housing authority equipment and inventory.  You must demonstrate respect for people's diversity and individual differences and be comfortable working alone, on a team and amongst tenants.  

Requirements: Grade XII supplemented with several years' experience in maintenance and repairs, basic computer skills and working knowledge of Federal and Provincial OH & S Acts and regulations.  Proven experience in a variety of trades: light carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, mechanical including boilers, painting and grounds work.

Must have a Class 5 Driver's license, tools and reliable vehicle for use when providing after hours' emergency call outs in Yorkton, Melville & Canora.
