Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Manager - On Site Scheduling provides leadership and oversight to the Central Staff Scheduling Department. The Manager acts as a strategic partner within the Human Resources Department in the design, delivery, and implementation of human resource and scheduling services and strategies to improve service, achieve goals, and resolve issues. This role ensures that there is an innovative and positive working climate and a client centric culture amongst the Central Staff Scheduling Unit while supporting the process of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver's license
A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Behavioural Sciences, Education, or related area.
Experience
Five years experience in Human Resources or Health Care Management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to translate strategic direction into recruitment and retention initiatives
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities within limited time frames
Strong organizational, prioritization, facilitation and communication skills
Willingness to master quantitative and qualitative research tools, group dynamic (facilitation) tools, and change management techniques will be required to be successful in this position.
Team-building skills
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships and communication with other health care professionals
Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, consultation and negotiating skills
Demonstrates integrity and prof
