Facility: NURSES ALUMNI WING
Job Description: Assesses patient's nutritional status, develops, implements, and evaluates treatment plans, develops and implements preventative and educational programs.  May develop and co-lead therapy groups for youth with eating disorders.  Serves as nutritional consultant to other staff in Mental Health and Addiction Services and specific community groups.  Supervises Dietitian interns and other Health Sciences students
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nutrition
Accredited Dietetic Internship
Registered or eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association
Experience
EXPERIENCE IN A MULTIDISCIPLINARY ENVIRONMENT..  EXPERIENCE WITH AND DEMONSTRATED KNOWLEDGE OF THE ISSUES RELATED TO WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH EATING DISORDERS.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge working with clients with mental health issues including eating disorders and addictions.
Skills working with children, youth, and adults in a community mental health setting.
Ability to assess and work independently and as part of an inter-disciplinary mental health and addictions team.

Field Hours
Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.

Expected Start Date: September 3, 2019
Expected Up To Date: September 3, 2020
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days
In a 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
