Job Description: The Coordinator is accountable for the development, coordination, delivery and evaluation of health promotion and related education activities within Five Hills Health Region.  This position provides consultation and support to a wide array of Health Professionals within the Region.  
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in a health-related field or equivalent
Experience
Work experience in community health promotion and education would be an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Advanced communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Knowledge of population health
Knowledge of the health region and community resources
Time management skills

Field Hours

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria

Expected Start Date: September 30, 2019
Expected Up To Date: September 25, 2020
FTE: 0.50

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days
In a 6 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
