North Ridge Development Corporation, a leader in the residential construction industry, has an opening for a full time Sales Consultant to join our Saskatoon team. Your real estate experience will assist you to effectively engage clients to promote and complete a sale and ensure a positive client experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Continuous review of information to understand all North Ridge products on the market as well as competitors products and pricing.
Execute an effective sales process.
Manage the sales process from initial contact, to the initial letter of intent, to negotiation of terms, through the purchase agreement and turnover.
Understand and communicate to clients the home construction process to ensure commitments made are realistic and feasible.
Assist client with color choices, plans, and suppliers for allowance selections.
Maintain complete and accurate client files.
Compile all sales documentation and obtain required signatures from client and Sales & Marketing Manager.
Use Buildtopia for all paperwork and lead/client information as well as updates, NSOs, price requests etc.
Work with Site Supervisor to monitor the progress of change orders.
Coordinate walkthrough and possession dates with Site Supervisor and Document Specialist.
Resolve problems/issues in an effective and timely manner.
Adhere to all sales processes and procedures.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Real Estate experience or a Real Estate License is preferred
Computer Literacy that includes Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word)
Good understanding of residential sales contract law
Solid sales and business principles and practices
Solid understanding of residential builds and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exemplary customer service record
Excellent negotiation skills
Must be legally able to work in Canada
