The Manager of Support Services will be responsible for the supervision of all staff in the Support Services Department which includes; housekeeping, laundry, kitchen, and caretaking. To ensure the smooth and seamless delivery of excellent services at Broadway Terrace and Milton Heights.
The Support Manager will assist the Executive Director of Facility Operations in developing, revising, and implementing workplace procedures and policies.
Ensuring the smooth day to day operation of support service functions. Plan, facilitate and coordinate the deliver of support services that meet the needs of tenants/residents at housing divisions. Ensure that safety and infection control procedures are being followed by staff members and work to create a culture of safety for all.
Assist the ED of Facility Operations in preparing and monitoring annual staffing,operating and capital equipment budgets for Broadway Terrace and Milton Heights.
