Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, this role will support management in the daily operations of our retail merchandise outlet. Fan experience and customer service are a key focus to maintain and support sales and strategic growth. Shift Leaders are continuously involved in the training, coaching, and providing feedback to retail associates to meet sales budgets and key performance indicators.
