The Deveraux Group of Companies is a growing organization specializing in real estate investment, development, construction and property management through-out Western Canada. We currently manage over $500 million of assets through a number of private equity funds and are currently developing and constructing projects in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta.
We are looking for a Budget Analyst to join our construction team in Regina, SK. The successful candidate would liaise between construction project managers and the finance team to ensure all budget and commitments are kept up to date for all projects in our portfolio.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Administer project purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders
- Identify budget variances and update budgets as required
- Assist in the development and administration of monthly budget reports
- Forecast budget requirements
- Assist in the development of project budgets
- Ensure budgets are accurate and complete
Skills/Qualifications:
- Microsoft office including a high level of efficiency with excel
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction procurement processes
- Project administration experience
- Accounting degree or diploma is an asset
