Are you interested in influencing the culture programming and ongoing development of the culture at SGI? Do you have ideas on how we can continue to move our leadership culture forward? If these things excite you then you are the person we are looking for.

The Leadership and Learning team is looking for someone to join our team for a full time 12-month opportunity. You will use your experience to research, design, facilitate, evaluate and reinforce Leadership Culture programming for SGI management and staff. You will be the go to person for all things culture.

Requirements
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity - after all, we're counting on you.  We are looking for candidates who have a bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce specializing in human resources or are working towards a diploma in adult education. Candidates should have at least five years of experience with increasing responsibility in adult education or human resources. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation would be considered an asset Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
