A position is available for an Business Analyst. The objective of this position is to provide financial, administrative and system support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate operations.
Responsibilities include:
- accounts receivable and accounts payable analysis and follow up
- system review and testing of accounting data
- assist in the development and maintenance of cost findings, reporting and internal control procedures
- assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- assist human resources and payroll department with employee contracts, grievances, leadership training
- learn, understand, and assist in the training of the company software
Success Factors include:
- ability to be an effective team member, and/or work independently, depending on project
Education:
- preference will be given to individuals with a business administration degree/diploma, coupled with some human resources exposure with proven experience in training and leadership
