The Salvation Army is looking for a qualified and dedicated individual for the Term Case Worker position at Crossroads Residential Services.
Position Summary:
-Do Intake Interviews and develop Intervention Plans in compliance with Correctional Services Canada casework materials and Exit Strategies
-Compile ongoing case management records: creating Relapse and Prevention Plans where necessary
-Enter Offender Management System casework records
-Administrative tasks, such as John School registrations and/or presentations
-Able to successfully attain Reliability Status Clearance with ISS Canada which will include fingerprinting and a credit check
-Provide input into program development
