HSP Parts & Shipper/ Receiver Profile
The Parts & Service department plays a vital role in organizing the inventory of all goods secured or used by Heat Smart Plus. This position will also assist in various sales related to parts or components.
Roles & Duties of Position (include, but not limited to)
Set up & oversee a inventory management process to organize and ensure accuracy in inventory stocks, including storage, labeling, and inventory counts.
Assist in identifying product that needs to be procured.
Responsible for all shipping & receiving to ensure accuracy in regards to completeness of orders, as well as noting any exceptions such as damage.
Look to implement a proactive approach to assisting customers with the selection and ordering of maintenance items, including the creation of all related quotes for parts or components.
Take a active role in assisting with sales related to parts and components.
Assist in organizing customer orders, to ensure completeness & accuracy of orders.
Continuously monitor work area to ensure storage of inventory items do not pose any safety hazards, and any noted hazards are addressed immediately.
Other duties as assigned.
Working conditions
This position will typically work 40 hours a week dedicated to the Parts / Receiving area Some weekends or evenings may be required.
