Insurance - Administrative Assistant
CAA Saskatchewan's Regina Office
CAA Saskatchewan Insurance is looking for a permanent full-time Administrative Assistant to join the CAA Insurance Team.
As a member of CAAs team, it would be preferable if you could bring with you an Accident and Sickness Insurance License, along with considerable administrative experience, as well as the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering insurance policies and updating databases
- Entering and managing client data
- Addressing customer enquiries
- Processing customer payments and sales of Personal Accident Insurance
Skills & Qualifications:
- A valid Accident and Sickness Insurance License would be preferable
- Previous insurance experience would be a definite advantage
- Extremely detail oriented
- Professional and courteous demeanour
- Superior organizational and administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, including tact, diplomacy and discretion
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of MS Office, and proficient computer skills.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day.
