Paradise Hill Gas Station in Paradise Hill, SK  is looking for an experienced Retail Store Supervisor.

Job Position:  Retail Store Supervisor.

Job Description:
-    Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor
-    Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed
-    Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
-    Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandise to the company  standards
-    Resolve customer complaints and supply shortage
-    Maintain specified inventory
-    Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-    Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
-    Organize and distribute staff work schedules
-    Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Job Requirement:
-    Secondary school graduation is required.
-    Min. 1-2 years of experience as retail salesperson is required.

Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage:  $20 per hour
Benefit:  5.769% of salary as vacation pay or 15 days of paid vacation
