EXPERIENCED COOKS WANTED
General duties:
-Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
-Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
-Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-Cleaning kitchen area thoroughly and to health canada standards
Types of Meals/Food Prepared
- Lunches
- Dinners
Cook Categories
- Line cook
Specific Skills
- Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Wash dishes
