As the Office Administrative Assistant, you will be the initial contact answering phones, directing calls, and coordinating with guests and couriers as they arrive. You will also be responsible for administrative support of the Management team. The successful candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and phone demeanor, be proactive, effective, well organized, and a problem solver.
Requirements:
Team first attitude; strong interpersonal skills; positive, upbeat attitude;
2+ years administrative support and customer service experience,
Ability to focus on our customers needs, remaining calm and courteous always,
Multi-line phone system experience,
Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office suite of programs
Knowledge of Sage50 Accounting program, is considered an asset
Perform a variety of specialized office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment,
Experience in and ability to demonstrate handling diverse situations,
High attention to detail and excellent personal and organizational skills,
High school education or equivalent,
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as required,
Answering phones and directing calls for all office personnel
Greeting visitors, coordinating with couriers, handling/distributing mail,
Invoicing, filing, document preparation and data entry
Conducting office supply inventory and ordering new supplies when necessary.
