Oversee all aspects of the Service Department.
Duties include:
* Effectively organizes and manages technicians
* Book service appointments with customers
* Quote costs for service repairs using provided software and costing from parts department.
* Facilitate parts orders for repair jobs through parts department.
*Keep customers informed of progress of their repairs.
*Learn and understand warranty procedures and coverage.
*Communicate well with customers
The successful applicant should have strong customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Administrative skills and the ability to work on a computer are also required. Basic Mechanical knowledge is also an asset for this position.
