Job Requirements:
Applicants must hold a valid Class 1A Drivers License have a clean driving record have a minimum 2 years experience in driving a tractor trailer unit.
Job Summary:
Responsible for making customer deliveries.
Job Description:
Pick up and deliver of customer orders.
Pick up product from secondary warehouse as required.
As our customers business continues to grow their delivery requirements may change. As a result we must remain flexible and respond to their needs accordingly.
Shunt trailers from the yard to doors and vice versa as instructed by management.
SECONDARY DUTIES: (AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT)
Assist crew with wrapping and loading of pallets utilizing route manifest.
General housekeeping duties in both the primary and secondary warehouse.
Pick up and deliver of equipment to Ryder.
Unload pallets from trailers and stack in the assigned area in a neat and organized manner.
When on duty and not conducting one of the primary responsibilities you are expected to perform secondary duties as instructed by management.
GENERAL:
Must maintain accurate and up to date log books. Appropriate information must also be accurately entered into the XATA system.
All employees, drivers, receivers and selectors must complete assigned safety training on or prior to the assigned due date.
Those candidates who are interested, most complete testing and a Bunzl Driver Application Form.
