Hiring a MARKETING ANALYST (NOC#4163),

Job Duty as,
1.Design market research questionnaires;
2.Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to attract venture capital in the Massage field;
3.Evaluate customer service and environment of 101289164 SASKATCHEWAN LTD. (Awareness Remedial Massage Therapy);
4.Participate in the development of analysis and insights to address customer issues including customer retention and claims risk;
5.Measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies;
6.Gather data about consumers, competitors, and market conditions in Massage business;
7.Develop actionable analyses and insights to help optimized marketing campaigns;
8.Extract relevant data and conduct analytics on Awareness Business;
9.Identify revenue enhancing and cost saving opportunities while ensuring relevant insights are being applied to evolve strategies;
10.Apply experimental design, test and learn methodologies where needed to optimize marketing strategies;
11.Proficiency in MS Office applications and Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel ;
12.Develop and maintain detailed documentation for key processes;
13.Develop and design self-service reporting solutions;
14.Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends;
15.Measure the effectiveness of marketing program and strategies;

Minimum Requirements:
1.    College/University education;
2.    Minimum 2 years experience with using Microsoft;
3.    Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access);
4.    Demonstrated ability in messaging, promotions and branding;
5.    Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
Employment term: Permanent and full time
Working hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9a.m.to 6p.m., basic Salary of $33.50/hour
