Description

The Good Spirit School Division invites applications for an Administrative Assistant at Dr. Brass School.  Administrative Assistants provide clerical support to staff and assist parents and other visitors in a friendly and approachable manner.  

This position is a temporary position of 7.5 hours per days in accordance with the Administrative Assistant calendar and commences on August 23, 2019 and expires on November 30, 2019. The work schedule will be from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 60 minute lunch break.

The successful candidate will have at minimum a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral), acute attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work as a team member.

The successful candidate will be paid on a monthly basis at an hourly rate from $17.56 - $22.68 plus applicable vacation pay. Benefits include participation in the SSBA Employee Benefits Plan, MEPP and opportunities to attend professional development seminars.
