Viterra is seeking a Manager, Country Grain Marketing to our support our east grain region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing grain marketing programs and staff knowledge to better foster customer loyalty and enhance the companys image to our producer customers. The home location for this role may be in any of our assets in eastern Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement grain marketing programs in conjunction with the business unit stakeholders.
Provide expertise in grain marketing programs to country grain staff and management teams and their customers.
Analyze grain marketing practices, approaches and procedures to recommend and implement best practices.

Knowledge and Skills:
Business acumen and demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies to drive country grain market knowledge and understanding marketing and contracting programs.
Must possess superior analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Education and Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in grain sales and marketing.
Post-secondary degree in Agriculture or equivalent.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.
