You will learn the fundamental knowledge and customer-centric behaviours needed for loss adjusting, handling increasingly complex claims along the way.  Our adjusters assist customers through the claims process by taking initial loss reports, interviewing and taking statements, and explaining coverages and exclusions.  Youll investigate the facts, determine the cause of loss and degree of fault, and arrange settlement with a caring and consistent approach.

Requirements
Were looking for people from all backgrounds who bring a unique combination of customer-focused knowledge and skills to the team.  Candidates should have a 2-year diploma or 4-year degree in a relevant field of study, such as business, social science or mathematics & applied science; experience in a customer-oriented service or administrative role would be an asset.  Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate ability in: customer focus, communication skills, time management and organizational skill, teamwork and collaboration, accountability and work ethic, and curiosity, inquisitiveness and business acumen.
