We are seeking an experienced candidate to fill the position of Farm Shop Foreman for our grain and feedlot farm operation. The successful candidate will do field work, cultivating, harvesting, feeding. Interview general farm labourers. Develop work schedules for general farm labourers. Oversee employees to ensure adherence to farm safety measures implemented. Monitor crop growth. Maintain our fleet of farm equipment. Manage day to day shop duties. Maintain on and off road highway trucks and trailors. Must be able to operate these trucks and trailors in order to perform maintenance. Also provide maintenance of farming equipment.
