We are adding an Electrician/Instrumentation and Control Technician to our team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Install, maintain and repair wiring, control, lighting systems and associated equipment in an efficient and timely manner
    Inspect and test components of electrical systems
    Calibrate and maintain components and instruments according to manufacturers' specifications and ensure appropriate recordkeeping
    Collaborate on Advance Process Control (APC) projects with process engineers, evaluating potential solutions and paybacks, assisting in delivery and/or coordination
    Install and maintain instruments on new or existing plant equipment and processes
    Interpret and use appropriate CSA, ISA and API installation standards and practices
    Develop and revise preventative maintenance procedures
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
    Journeyperson Electrical Certificate from a recognized technical institute
    Instrumentation/Controls Diploma from a recognized technical institute.  
    Proven experience in plant process monitoring, problem solving, and control systems
    Knowledge of GMP, WHMIS, HACCP and TS are a requirement.
    The ability and desire to keep up-to-date with technological developments in the field.
    Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
    Ability to perform shiftwork
