The Home Care Aide is under the direct supervision of the Home & Community Care Nurse with overall accountability to the Director of Health & Social Development. The Home Care Aides role is to provide personal care, in-home respite and home management to clients, based on assessed needs. The Home Care Aide encourages clients to be as independent as possible. Duties provided by the Home Care Aide will be assigned and supervised by the Home & Community Care Nurse
