Description

Bold Growth is looking for a Facility Maintenance Lead to assist with our current facility maintenance requirements. The successful candidate must be self-directed, organized and have strong troubleshooting knowledge with both mechanical and electrical systems, including automation and control systems.    

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and follow detailed schedules for proper equipment maintenance  

Write maintenance reports and create proper documentation for equipment calibration  
Assists in the repair and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment  
Ensures that on-site work areas are clean and safe  
Observes all fire, safety, and health regulations  
Gain a solid understanding of the facility systems in place
Maintain a high standard of quality control at all times
Maintain inventory control over tools and equipment
Maintain good relationships with inspectors, contractors/subcontractors and other key personnel
Maintain close communication with Manager
Performs other duties as required

Experience and Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience  
Journeyman electrical, mechanical or plumbing considered an asset
Level 1  Occupational First Aid
Strong work ethic, self-motivated and adaptable
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Saskatchewan Drivers License
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
