Tron is looking for experienced Equipment Operators/Laborers to join us at our Mining Machine Assembly project at Allan, SK. The candidate must meet all qualifying criteria listed below and have previous work experience with Potash Mines.
Duration: 6-8 Weeks with possibility of extension or transfer to other projects.
Scope: Working with a multi-trade crew to assemble a 2-rotar mining machine, underground at the Nutrien mine in Allan, SK. There will be 12 hour working days and OT at 1.5x of regular rate after 8 hours in a day and 40 hours in a week; shift schedule will be 2 weeks on, 1 week off, subject to change as business requirements dictate. There will be NO LOA for this job.
Qualifications:
- Skid Steer (MUST have)
- Telehandler (MUST have)
- Forklift (MUST have)
- WHMIS (2015)
- Fall Protection, is an asset
- Overhead Crane Operator Ticket, is an asset
- Rigging & Hoisting Training, is an asset
- General Mine Safety Awareness, is an asset
- Successfully undergoing and passing a pre-access D&A Test is a condition of employment
