A & S Corner Store (101264515 Saskatchewan Ltd.) is looking to hire a Supervisor for our store.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Able to supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Customer service
- Organized, accurate, and reliable
- Effective interpersonal skills and a team player
- Ability to communicate effectively
JOB DUTIES
- Supervise retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor
- Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
- Ensure promotions are accurate and that merchandise meets company standards
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
- Organize and distribute staff work schedules
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
WAGES AND BENEFITS
- This position is permanent and full-time (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
- $21.00 / hour, 1.5x overtime pay
- 5.77% of gross salary as vacation pay each year (3/52 of total wages of 12-month anniversary year)
