La Ronge Medical Clinic
requires the services of a

Receptionist

The La Ronge Medical Clinic, an eleven-physician medical practice, requires the services of a receptionist.  This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for escorting patients to the examination rooms, performing minor testing, stocking patient examination rooms, answering phones and following up on patient requests, checking patients in for their appointments and other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will require a Grade 12 education and previous experience in a reception or administrative position.  Keen attention to accuracy and attention to detail, understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism, computer skills and the ability to learn quickly and to work efficiently is required.  Excellent communication and organization skills are essential. Emphasis on safe and quality patient care is required.  The ability to adapt to new technology in order to enhance the existing administrative team is required.
