Reporting directly to the Maternal Child Health Manager, the Jordons Principle Coordinator will work to help PBCN families with children who need to connect to services and resources in the area of health and education and will be expected to work in collaboration with existing community and outside agencies. The Jordons Principle Coordinator will work with the PBCN Health Management team to provide program support and coordination of initiatives.
