West Ridge Childcare Centre is looking for someone who is energetic, positive, outgoing, takes initiative, and a team player who loves working with children! We are currently looking to hire someone for the preschool room.
Our Centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed statutory holidays. We are licensed for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years of age.
We follow the play and exploration curriculum. Your daily duties include but are not limited to: planning age appropriate children lead activities, setting up learning environments, observing children, attending to children,s needs, behavior management, working as a team, documentation, building relationships with children & parents.
Must have current criminal record check (within the last 3 months), current first aid & cpr, knowledge of early childhood education is an asset but not required, and be willing to learn!
